Rules
RotaRUN for Charity is a road running event that assumes normal health and fitness.
Physical fitness
We recommend that you are fit and in good general health to register for the RotaRUN for Charity event. By registering and taking part, you at the event you confirm that you are physically fit and healthy to participate in this physically demanding event and that you agree that the organizers and anyone connected with them (sponsors, partners, employees, authorities, officials, volunteers, etc.) are not responsible for any illness or disease you may acquire during the event. You declare that you are physically fit to attend the event and have not been advised not to attend by a doctor.
Access and safety rules
By registering and taking part, you at the RotaRUN for Charity event you agree to the following:
- that I will not ask for a refund of the registration fee knowing that RotaRUN for Charity is a charity event
- that you will present to the organizers at check-in the electronic confirmation printed or saved on your mobile phone. You received this electronic confirmation by email when validating your registration;
- that you will carry or wear appropriate sports equipment throughout the competition;
- that you will not be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs during the competition for which you have opted;
- that you exonerate the organizers and anyone connected with them (sponsors, partners, employees, authorities, officials, volunteers, etc.) from any liability in connection with any theft/loss of their property that may be committed at this event.
Participation kit 2025
Each competitor will receive:
- competition number (with timing chip),
- finisher medal (in case of finishing the race),
- access to hydration and nutrition (sweet and salty foods, isotonic drinks, supplements)
- start/finish and course photos
- partner products and vouchers
- real-time results on the dedicated website
Promotion
During the RotaRUN for Charity event, photos and videos will be taken, which are considered promotional materials that rightfully belong to the organizers and partners, so that they can use them for various promotional and marketing purposes. By accepting the terms and conditions it is automatically considered that you agree to be featured in these materials and that you have no problem being tagged on social networks. If you do not wish to do so, you will need to notify us in writing to office@runincluj.ro
Awards
They will be awarded with products from partners, trophies / diplomas:
- top 3 places in Open 3k Cross 3k and top 3 places in Age categories (J<18, 18-39, 40-49, 50+)
- top 3 places in the Rotary 9k – Open and top 3 places in Age categories (J<18, 18-39, 40-49, 50+)
- top 3 places in Long Run 3H – Open and top 3 places in Age categories (J<18, 18-39, 40-49, 50+)
- top 5 teams in TEAM FOR CHARITY (most kilometers collected by team members)
OPEN winners are also ranked in the categories. THE PRIZE IS ONLY AWARDED IF YOU ATTEND THE AWARD CEREMONY!

- Cross 3k – 30min
- Rotary 9k – 1h30
- Long Run si Team for Charity – 3h
Change between races / replacing competitors
In the event of injury or other problems that cause you to be unable to participate in our race, you have the opportunity to change the name of the person participating or change the race until April 19, 2025 at the latest (after which date any change is NO LONGER POSSIBLE)
Final clauses
By accepting the terms and conditions you are automatically deemed to have agreed to the above and to have read the content of the access and security rules. You have read every point of the Act, you have understood it, you have made it your own, and you assume it of your own free will and without any compulsion from anyone. The organizer may at any time make changes regarding the organization of the competition.
